Café Kalimpong was conceptualised as a space to share things that are local, homely, and made with love. Kalimpong Local Project is an initiative of Café Kalimpong to provide a platform for local Artists, Makers, Craftsmen and Farmers to promote their handmade creations, local food and regional art.
Our motive is to bring forward the uniquely interconnected medley of rich heritage and culture we enjoy here while lending a hand to our local people on a path towards economic sustainability.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered

Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 5-7 business days in metros, and 7-9 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

How do I track my order?

You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email and SMS will be sent with a link.

What if my order is undelivered?

For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund which will reflect within 24-48 hours of initiation.

Exchange/ REFUND Policy

You can easily exchange orders by following the steps below :
